During my recent stay at the beautiful Como Metropolitan, I was really surprised by the helpfulness of the management. They were really good too accommodate my needs, providing a free portable AC unit when I realized there was no AC in the flat.

As old people, we absolutely loved the comfortable bed, warm bathroom floor, and quiet atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for concerts at Hyde Park and close to many major attractions. The room had all the necessary amenities, including power outlets for different countries and even an umbrella in the closet.
Felt more than at home, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location, with bus stops nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. It was also right in front of Hyde Park, which was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had great facilities, including a bar and a lobby. The view from the room was stunning.
One drawback was that there was no complimentary water in the rooms, and it had to be purchased separately.

We loved the bright and airy feel of the room, with its simple and stylish decor. Every detail was thought out to perfection, from the luxurious pillow to the lovely dressing gown and slippers. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of good restaurants nearby. the hotel provided a comfortable and spacious room, with modern and cozy interior.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the service was impeccable, from the attentive staff to the relaxing Spa centre with sauna, steam room and massage options. the room advantages, such as the private facilities, were exclusive and elevated our stay. the restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast and a special diet menu. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.
the live entertainment was advertised, but unfortunately, we did not experience it.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. the luxurious amenities exceeded all my expectations. the spa centre and wellness options were top-notch. the sauna was a great place to unwind. the massage I received was absolutely incredible.
The bar and lounge area was not as comfortable or as accommodating as I expected.
